The apartment
Il Pozzo is the largest apartment in the house, and takes its name from the well that stood in the courtyard. The exposed stone wall and the fireplace give it the character of old Sardinian homes, while the new kitchen and well-planned layout provide every comfort. The living area, with sofa and a table for six, is the heart of the house; outside, the ground-floor terrace is reserved for guests staying here.
Kitchen area with fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and capsule coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses. Hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning and free WiFi. Utilities always included in the price (electricity, water and gas).
